4-H County Club Days

March 7, 2026 Douglas County Fairgrounds

4-H Club Day is an event which gives participants an opportunity to tell others about their 4-H projects and demonstrate their talents and abilities. Presentations such as project talks, demonstrations, public speaking, skits, music and dance are judged and awarded ribbons.

4-H Discovery Days

June 3 - 5, 2026

4-H Discovery Days will be held June 3-5, 2026 at Kansas State University. Classes and learning activities are the focus of this mini-college event. Youth must be at least 13 years old to attend. Click Discovery Days for more information.

Douglas County Fair

July 27 - August 1, 2026

The Douglas County Fair is "... a chance to celebrate the local community and experience all that Douglas County has to offer. From live music and carnival rides to educational exhibits and competitive events, there’s something for everyone at the fair."
