K-State Research and Extension

Niki attended K-State University studying Horticulture and received her B.G.S. in Environmental Studies from KU in 2007.

Niki serves as the Program Assistant to both the Agriculture and Horticulture and Natural Resource Extension Agents at the K-State Research and Extension Douglas County Office. One of the programs she works closely with is the Extension Master Gardener of Douglas County Program.

She had most recently been employed by Pines Garden Center and has worked at numerous greenhouses and farms in the area. She has always been passionate about plants and enjoys that gardening inspires and brings people together.
