Douglas County Extension Master Gardeners
Douglas County Extension Master Gardeners Volunteers (EMG) are people who love to garden, learn about gardening, and share what they learn with others. We are a community of gardeners who share a curiosity for learning, a passion for conservation, and a sense of obligation to enrich our community through outreach, education, and beautification. Did you know that in 2023, Douglas County Extension Master Gardeners donated more than 12,000 hours of volunteer time, helping more than 3,000 Douglas County Residents? That number has only continued to grow as we continue to provide Douglas County with seasonal research-based information!
