K-State Research and Extension

A life long resident of Douglas County, residing on a Century farm now entering its 6^th generation. After attending design school and a career as a retailer, Laurie joined the K-State Research and Extension Douglas County in 2013 as the Kaw Valley Farm Tour Coordinator. With a lifelong love of the farm it was a good fit working to elevate small farms in the marketplace and to educate the public to where their food and fiber comes from. Douglas County is so fortunate to have such a plethora of products available!
